Job description:
The role of Personal Assistant is highly collaborative, involving close working sessions with the company lead. This position encompasses a blend of Digital Marketing and Administrative Support tasks, enabling you to contribute meaningfully while maintaining a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage in Digital Marketing tasks such as ad management and social media marketing.
- Handle Administrative duties including list management, inbox management, and calendar management.
- Participate in co-working sessions with the company lead for task collaboration. 1-2 hours per day Monday through Thursday. (These meetings will be dictated by the company lead’s schedule and will be the only hours that aren’t flexible).
- Attend daily planning sessions Monday-Thursday and important virtual meetings.
- Manage inbound email/messaging and compile a daily digest for the company lead.
- Assist with travel arrangements and manage physical mail through an online system.
