How To Setup An Episode Recording For Your Show

1. Click the “Create New Session” button
2. Click the “Schedule A Session” icon
3. Enter the episode title, date, time, and timezone for when you want to record the episode
4. Select “Video & Audio” for Recording Format
5. Click the “Maximize Recording Quality” toggle to “On”
6. Add any guest emails you want in the “Participants” field. The system will email them links before the record time.
7. Click the “Done” button
8. You’ll be taken back to the show dashboard. You can click the “Share link” button to copy the link to the session to send to whoever needs to be on the session.
9. This will open a Popover, click the “Copy Link” button to copy the session link to your clipboard. I like to add this link to the “location” section of a calendar invite.
